Every case is unique. To provide transparency and predictability, Pathways Coaching & Consulting offers select services as flat-fee packages, while forensic and court-related services are billed hourly or by retainer based on the scope and complexity of the matter.

Packages: $500–$1,500
Most packages provide 4–12 weeks of structured support and are tailored to the family's goals and needs.
 

Domestic Violence Education & Accountability

Structured, individualized education addressing domestic violence, coercive control, accountability, healthy relationships, conflict, parenting, and the impact of domestic violence on children and families.

• Individual DV Education: $175/session

• DV Education Package: $650 / 4 sessions

• DV Accountability Program: $1,200 / 8 sessions

• Parenting & DV Education: $650 / 4 sessions

• Coercive Control & Relationship Education: $750 / 4 sessions

Services are educational and are not represented as a New Jersey court-approved or state-certified Abuse Intervention Program (AIP). They do not replace psychotherapy, legal advice, custody evaluation, or other court-ordered services.
 

Hourly & Retainer Services

Forensic and court-related services are tailored to the needs of each matter and may include:

These services are billed hourly or under a retainer agreement. Retainers begin at $2,500, with the total fee determined by the scope, complexity, and anticipated demands of the engagement.

Professional Training & Education

Customized DV and family-law education is available for attorneys, mental health professionals, agencies, and organizations.

Beginning at $750

Training topics may include domestic violence and coercive control, high-conflict custody matters, post-separation abuse, the impact of domestic violence on children, accountability and behavioral change, and trauma-informed practice.

Fee Schedule

A detailed fee schedule is available upon request. All forensic services require a signed retainer agreement and applicable retainer payment before work begins.
