Meet Victoria
Victoria Hall, LPC, CFMHE, CCCE, CFP, is a multi-credentialed forensic mental health specialist specializing in the intersection of mental health, family dynamics, and the legal system. Her work focuses on high-conflict custody matters, domestic violence and coercive control, trauma, parent-child contact problems, psychological functioning, and complex family systems.
Victoria holds national board certifications through the National Board of Forensic Evaluators (NBFE) as a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE), Certified Child Custody Evaluator (CCCE), and Certified Forensic Psychometrist, as well as Diplomate status. Her forensic training has been further enhanced through advanced mentorship with Norman Hoffman, founder of the NBFE and developer of the Hoffman Method, emphasizing psychometric integrity, methodological rigor, objective reasoning, and defensible forensic practice. Victoria is Level C qualified in psychological testing and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University. She is also a SPACE Provider trained through the Yale Child Study Center and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), including the New Jersey and Connecticut Chapters.
Victoria also holds specialized credentials in domestic violence, child and adolescent trauma, family trauma, anger management, and parent training, including Certified Domestic Violence Specialist (CDVS), Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS), Certified Family Trauma Professional (CFTP), Certified Parent Training Specialist (CPTS), and Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP).
Through Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Victoria provides forensic evaluation, custody-related consultation, psychometric assessment, behavioral analysis, expert case review, litigation consulting, and family-focused coaching. Her approach combines clinical experience with advanced forensic methodology to provide objective, evidence-informed analysis and practical guidance in complex family-law matters.
